Points to note:

Bookings should be made at least 21 days in advance;
Cancellations should be made at least seven working days in advance; Undeclared absence will result in the suspension of the organization's right of guided tour service for one year;
All fees must be paid on the day of the visit by cash/ credit card/ Alipay/ WeChat Pay/ Octopus Card;
We only accept applications within 90 days;
Applications will be processed within 10 working days;
Please reserve 1 hour for your visit;
Docent tour takes 45 minutes.

1. The tour lasts at least 2 hours (for 25 people).

2. We only recommend small group reservations.

3. Each gondola accommodates 8 people.

4. If the student is under 16 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions and will not be cancelled without prior notice.
