How to Enter

Upload the electronic files of your entries to an online file-sharing or cloud storage platform.

Fill out the online submission form and provide a link to the electronic files of your entries.

Primary and secondary school students may also submit their entries online through their school teachers.

Specifications of Files of Submitted Artworks

Each submitted artwork must be saved as an individual file in PDF / JPG / PNG format.

The resolution must be at least 300 dpi, and the file size of each artwork must not exceed 20 MB.

File Naming
Each artwork file should be named in this format “Category Code_English Name_English Title of Artwork”

Primary School (Category Code: A ), a file name example: A_Chan Tai Man_Title of Work.pdf

Secondary School (Category Code: B), a file name example: B_Chan Tai Man_Title of Work.pdf
-
Open (Category Code: C), a file name example: C_Chan Tai Man_Title of Work.pdf

Notes (Applicable to All Categories)

Please submit an electronic version of the artwork via an online file-sharing or cloud storage platform, such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive (download access must be enabled).

The provided file link should contain only the files of the submitted artworks.
Note: Late submissions or entries with incomplete information will not be accepted.
