Mr. Francis Li is an ancient art advisor and a scholar in the areas of Chinese philosophy, history and art. He was elected as the Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain & Ireland (F.R.A.S.) in 2008.

Mr. Li is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Asia Art Hong Kong and the member of the Curatorial and Collections Committee of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum. 

Mr Li has been collecting Chinese ancient art for more than 20 years and provides advice to collectors and museums in Chinese and Silk Road Art collection. As an author, he has penned books that share his journey into the world of Chinese relics, including “Understanding Chinese History through Antiquities” (2020) and “Glories of the Celestial Empire: Tang Dynasty Culture and the Silk Road” (2021).
