Clearbot at HKMM – How Does AI Help Clean the Ocean?  

Designed by students of the University of Hong Kong, Clearbot is an award-winning robot using AI-Vision to detect and collect trash from the ocean. These robots are fully autonomous, solar-powered and work as a team to remove trash. The team has won multiple awards in international competitions and was named champion of Jumpstarter2020 organised by the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund. Come visit us on Sunday (4 April) for Talks and Demonstrations by the Clearbot Team.

Besides the talk and live demo of Clearbot, students from TWGHs Wong Yee Jar Jat Memorial Primary School will also showcase their innovative models of ocean clean-up boats. Come visit them at the Museum from 2pm to 4pm on 4 April!
