Ocean Youth Eco International Film Festival (OYEIFF) is an annual film festival for young filmmakers focusing on raising awareness about ocean protection.

The festival is open to young filmmakers (primary and secondary school students) from around the world. This year, the Hong Kong Maritime Museum would be the supporting organization for the festival at the mean time to celebrate the World Ocean Day.

On 8 June 2024, short films (no longer than 30 minutes) made by primary and secondary school students will be screened both online and on location in Hong Kong Maritime Museum, the only display site in Hong Kong and worldwide.

Let’s register and reserve your seat at the 2024 Ocean Youth Eco International Film Festival. To celebrate the World Ocean Day on 8 June, 2-5 pm at the Hong Kong Maritime Museum with the impactful films of young filmmakers and ocean enthusiasts from around the world. Listen to the amazing Laurel Chor’s talk about storytelling and social change. And vote for your favourite film!
